Conceived in 2021, the True North Awards were created by the NHCDC to honor individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations whose commitment to the ideals of peace, social justice, community building and cohesion, and economic development have had a positive and consistent impact on North Hill. Recipients are those who lead by example, putting values into action, with integrity and an abiding commitment to peace and community.
The NHCDC awards in four separate categories:
Nominate Students, Individual, Businesses, Non-profits and Creative Organizations
Nominations for these awards are solicited directly from the North Hill Community with the final award selection determined by the NHCDC Board of Directors.
